How to prevent the generation of stains on extruded aluminum profiles?

Stains (water marks, oil marks, graphite marks): Corrosion spots that appear on the surface of aluminum alloy products. They usually appear in circular shapes and often occur during extrusion or after straightening and aging treatment. They are prone to occur in high-Mg series alloys and can sometimes be eliminated through corrosion. Water spots typically appear light gray, while oil spots usually appear tea brown.

 Causes of stain formation on extruded aluminum alloy products:

(1) Leakage of water or oil from the workbench;

(2) Contamination or inadequate cleaning of quenching agents;

(3) Failure to promptly remove graphite adhered to the surface;

2. Methods for removing stains from extruded aluminum profile products:
   

(1) Promptly repair leaky water or oil locations, and ensure that water and oil on aluminum alloy products are wiped clean or dried in a timely manner;

(2) Graphite adhered to aluminum alloy products should be promptly removed.
