The reason and elimination method of aluminum profile extrusion gap (plane gap) defect
The
clearance (plane clearance) belongs to the extrusion defect of aluminum
profile. The ruler is stacked transversely on a certain plane of the
aluminum product, and the gap between the ruler and the plane is called
clearance. The main reasons are: aluminum extrusion, improper operation,
uneven metal flow or improper straightening roll. Defect diagram:
